?? about rabbit run?
In the end, I felt like Updike just left me hanging. It seems as though Rabbit is going to go back to his wife, but Updike doesn't say that he actually does. Do you think it is safe to say that Rabbit does go back to his wife?? I remember reading maybe the first part of the downloadable book and it said something about a guy leaving his wife and then returning to her so that makes me feel like he actaully does go back to her. And the closing of the book aslo made me feel as if he was going to go back to her. What do you think?
Do we have to use quotes in the 1st paper? I am not sure that I will be able to find many quotes that I want to use because I got this book on my computer and couldn't mark in it.
I want to talk to you about my paper and ask you specific questions... can I call you or you call me?
It is just difficult trying to organize my thoughts on where to take this pape. I have been thinking about it all week, and now that I am actually sitting down to write it, it is much more difficult to put on paper.

Sorry--I missed this question at first. I'll be in my office most of tomorrow--please call. (Get the # from the directory--it's not a good idea to leave them online. I'd remove yours as well. :-))
