Paper Proposal #2

For my second paper, I plan to examine how the choices made by Rabbit in Rabbit, Run can be mirrored to choices in real life and how those choices affect both the person responsible for them as well as people wsho come in contact with him/her. I want to particularly analyze how Rabbit's choices affected the women in his life and how it would differ from today's new child support legislation (which wasn't around in the setting of the book). I also plan to touch briefly on the religous aspect of the book and how it seems Rabbit, in his running, is convinced he's not running from something but rather running to some higher calling.

This sounds good. You've indicated quite a few sub-topics so it will be important to be specific rather than general (otherwise you'll never be able to be detailed enough in the space that you have.)
