I agree with Jason's first log about In Cold Blood, the book does seem more like a documentary than a fiction novel. Written that way, it seems to drag on, and cause one to lose interest. Even though I thought it was a good stroyline and I was interested, if I had more time I think I might have enjoyed it more. Also, agreeing wth Jason, you can tell that the way Capote writes, one would figure he interviewed these people. I find this interesting because it adds a more personal touch to the novel, than if Capote just wrote what they said. It really gets inside the town and how each person was involved and affected by the murders. Almost makes it feel like you are the one talking to the townspeople yourself.
